Saba Mohsin

I started therapy with Ms. Saba when I was struggling with PPD and anxiety. After almost four months of sessions, I now feel in a much better place emotionally and mentally. She has helped me a lot in developing self-love, managing my difficult emotions, and adding meaning to my life. We are working together to discover my true self, which often gets lost in life’s challenges. She is also very skilled at understanding dysfunctional family dynamics and guiding the journey of healing childhood trauma. One thing I truly appreciate is her punctuality and professionalism. She listens to every concern mindfully and responds with deep empathy. She is a humble person with vast knowledge and experience. She creates such a comfortable environment that one can openly share worries without hesitation. Anyone who wants growth and self-discovery should definitely consider consulting her. I have taken therapy before, but her way of understanding and healing is on another level. I highly recommend her. It is really difficult to find such empathetic therapists nowadays. I truly appreciate her and thank her for all her efforts.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Saba. Her inner child work was incredibly insightful and meaningful, helping me understand myself on a deeper level and explore emotions with greater compassion. She creates such a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Her approach is thoughtful, gentle, and genuinely impactful. I’m so grateful for her guidance and the care she puts into her work. I would wholeheartedly recommend Saba to anyone looking to work on themselves, heal emotionally, and develop a deeper understanding of who they are.

Working with Saba has been such a positive experience. She has helped me better understand my anxiety, manage my anger, and recognise the emotions behind my reactions. Her approach is compassionate, patient, and insightful, making it easier to open up and work through difficult feelings. I’m truly grateful for her guidance and support. She is the best therapist I’ve ever come across.
